About eINFO

eINFO is a guide to Ontario universities for secondary school students and guidance counsellors. Its mandate is to provide students and guidance counsellors with information about university programs, admission requirements and additional resources. eINFO should be used as a starting point for researching university options.

An eINFO flyer is distributed to Ontario secondary schools in early September each year, and can be downloaded from the eINFO website.

eINFO data is submitted and approved by university liaison representatives, and is carefully prepared to ensure the accuracy of its contents. The information for eINFO 2014 Entry was finalized in August 2013, but updates will be included throughout the year as universities amend their program information. Students and counsellors are advised to visit the website often to check for updates (addenda).

eINFO is not the "last word" in university admissions. For the most up-to-date information, consult the universities directly or visit their websites.

eINFO is produced by the Standing Committee on Secondary School Liaison (SCSSL) of the Ontario University Registrars’ Association (OURA), with the collaboration of the Council of Ontario Universities (COU) and the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC). It is guided by an editorial board of appointed members who represent the various parties served by the publication, and is funded by a portion of the university application service fee.
