Brescia's brand new residence will feature a series of houses – with groupings of two single rooms that share a bathroom – that will provide a family-like atmosphere for 32 to 40 students in each house. There will be some double rooms avialable as well and in total there will be space for 300 students. Women-only residence.

Situated on 60 acres of green space; close to classes and facilities; small community environment; close to Western main campus; accessibility for students with disabilities; smoke-free; focused-interest floors; social and study lounges throughout; all rooms wired for high-speed internet; opportunities for involvement in Residence Council; skills workshops; peer mentoring; the brand new dining paviolion will be "marché-style" with several stations, each serving fresh, made-to-order dishes. Internet access in your room is included with residence fees.

Space in residence is guaranteed to all incoming first-year students with an offer of admission by June 1, 2013.
