Offres d'admission

Basic Requirements for Admission
Ontario secondary school students seeking admission to King's in September 2011 must present the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and include a minimum of six 4U/M courses including ENG4U. Other 4U/M courses may be required for admission depending upon the program of choice.

Failed and Repeated Courses
If a student fails and repeats a course or chooses to upgrade a particular course, King's will use the higher of the two grades presented when calculating the admission average.

Timing and Process for Admission Decisions
King's will be extending offers of admission, scholarships and residence to students with strong academic records beginning the middle to end of January and will continue to send out offers into late May as more grades are received. Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed prerequisite courses for their programs of choice. Students who have provided Applicant Profiles, which describe extenuating circumstances and extracurricular activities, will be considered on these grounds in mid-May.

Admission averages will be based on the best six 4U/M marks, including required courses. Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for admission to their requested program will be offered admission to an alternative program if they are qualified.
