Social Psychology
This unique multidisciplinary program provides students with various perspectives on how individuals behave, how small groups and communities interact and how societies form practices and priorities. Through courses such as Deviant Behaviour, Human Sexuality, Forensic Psychology and Sociology of Aging, students will learn how to locate themselves in the complex fabric of their cultures, their geographies and their power relationships. Students who are interested in many social science perspectives on how people behave both individually and socially in different environments and circumstances should consider this program.

Enrolment in this program is limited. Selection is based on academic achievement but requires, as a minimum, completion of any Level I program. See the McMaster Undergraduate Calendar for additional prerequisites: http://registrar.mcmaster.ca/CALENDAR/current/pg1945.html.
