Applicants who have met all of the admission requirements for UOIT with the exception of the English language proficiency requirement have the opportunity to enrol in the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program offered on-campus through CultureWorks. CultureWorks is a recent UOIT partner that has been preparing students for university study since 1998. UOIT will extend a "conditional acceptance", whereby upon successful completion of Level 4 of the CultureWorks program, the applicant can proceed into a university degree program without further testing.

Important: Applicants who have received an offer of admission to UOIT and would like to satisfy their English language proficiency requirement by enroling in the English for Academic Purposes program should notify the Registrar's office at [email protected].
