Orillia Campus features eight degree programs:
- Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science with majors in Anthropology, English, Environmental Sustainability, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Geography;
- Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science/Bachelor of Education with majors in Anthropology, English, Interdisciplinary Studies and Geography;
- Bachelor of Arts & Science/Bachelor of Education with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies;
- four-year Honours Bachelor of Social Work;
- four-year Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Administrative Studies);
- postgraduate, one-year Honours Bachelor of Social Work; one-year Business Administration College Transfer Program; one-year consecutive Bachelor of Education degree; and a Masters of Business Administration.

To enable students to leverage these many interests, Lakehead University's program offerings at the Orillia Campus are multidisciplinary. Ideal for students who have broader career interests and aptitudes, a multidisciplinary degree program provides a flexible structure that allows for easy selection of pre-professional program requirements, along with subjects that are of greatest personal interest.

Combining the same quality education that has become synonymous with its Thunder Bay campus, the Lakehead University - Orillia Campus features advanced, state-of-the-art learning environments and a student life experience that takes advantage of the lifestyle opportunities that are unique to the city of Orillia and its surrounding region.

Lakehead University has begun the construction of a permanent campus facility for Orillia with phase one of the first academic building completed and open in fall 2010. Construction of the first residence facility and food service building has begun and will open for the fall of 2011. Achieving the highest ranking standard, the Orillia Campus will be built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum standards. With a three-phase construction plan, the Orillia Campus is being designed to foster interaction and collegiality among students, faculty, staff and visitors, all while immersing them in a campus environment that demonstrates and promotes awareness of the principles of resource conservation, sustainable growth and the protection of the natural environment and biosphere.
